Pieces from MIKKI Ceramics are made to be used, held, and enjoyed on a daily basis. Here is some information on how to increase the longevity of your new pieces.

(each piece is made from stoneware clay + brushed with food-safe glazes)

For Kitchenware:

MIKKI kitchenware is dishwasher and microwave safe. I use my own products in my home and run them through the dishwasher daily. I also recommend handwashing to really ensure your pieces last a lifetime.

All kitchenware is made for hot and cold uses. Be aware when using pieces for hot beverages or soups, the piece might be hot to the touch. Please be careful.

Avoid putting pieces through extremely cold temperatures to extremely hot temperatures quickly. This might cause the piece to crack or break.

Avoid putting pieces directly on top of an open flame or heating element (cooktop, burner, etc.)

For Planters:

All planters are made with a drainage hole at the bottom of the planter so your plant babies do not get waterlogged. For pieces not necessarily intended as planters, please make sure to keep your plant in the plastic container your plant came home in to ensure efficient drainage.
